Return Policy

At AMOY ("we", "us", "our"), operated by AMOY Mannequins, your satisfaction is important to us. This Return Policy explains your rights and the conditions under which returns are accepted. It applies to all orders placed on amoylimited.com and is provided in accordance with the applicable consumer protection laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

1. Where We Ship

We currently sell and deliver within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only. All returns must originate from, and be shipped from, a location inside Saudi Arabia.

2. Return Window

You may request a return within 7 (seven) days from the date the item is delivered to you (the date of arrival). Requests submitted after this 7-day period cannot be accepted, except where a longer period is required by applicable law (for example, in the case of a hidden defect or non-conforming product).

3. Conditions for an Accepted Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition in which you received it — unused, undamaged, and showing no signs of wear or alteration;
  • In its original packaging, including all boxes, protective materials, accessories, parts, manuals, and any free items included with the order;
  • With all original tags, labels, and seals intact and unbroken; and
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or order confirmation).

4. Inspection Process

All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt at our facility. Once your return arrives, our team will examine the item to confirm that it meets the conditions set out in Section 3.

  • If the item passes inspection, we will approve your return and process your refund or exchange as described in Section 6.
  • If the item does not pass inspection — for example, if it is used, damaged by the customer, incomplete, or missing original packaging — we reserve the right to decline the return. In that case, the item may be returned to you, and any return shipping costs incurred will be your responsibility.

We aim to complete the inspection within 3 (three) business days of receiving your return and will notify you of the outcome by email.

5. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at faisal@amoylimited.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions. Please do not ship any item back before receiving our approval, as unapproved returns may not be accepted.
  3. Securely pack the item in its original packaging and ship it to the address we provide.

6. Refunds

Once your return has been received and has passed inspection, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 (fourteen) business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. Refund amounts are issued in Saudi Riyals (SAR).

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective/non-conforming product.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defect, damage in transit, or an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind or other reasons not caused by us, the return shipping cost is your responsibility.

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at faisal@amoylimited.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you, in accordance with your rights under Saudi consumer protection law.

9. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or practical reasons, the following are not eligible for return unless they are defective or non-conforming:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance;
  • Custom-made, made-to-order, or personalized items;
  • Items that have been used, assembled, altered, or damaged after delivery;
  • Gift cards.

10. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different model or variant, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability and to the same conditions and inspection process described above.

11. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Where this policy conflicts with those mandatory rights, your statutory rights prevail.
