Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how AMOY ("we", "us", "our"), operated by AMOY Mannequins, processes and delivers orders placed on amoylimited.com. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders with a delivery address outside Saudi Arabia cannot be processed and will be cancelled and refunded.
2. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 7 to 10 business days from the date your order is confirmed and payment is successfully received. Business days are Sunday through Thursday and exclude public holidays in Saudi Arabia.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may occasionally take longer due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, high-demand periods, or incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided at checkout.
3. Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment has been confirmed. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you and issue a full refund.
4. Shipping Charges
Any applicable shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. All prices and charges are shown in Saudi Riyals (SAR).
5. Delivery Address
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including a valid contact phone number. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or a failure to receive the delivery, additional shipping charges may apply to re-send the order.
6. Tracking Your Order
Where tracking is available, a tracking number will be provided by email once your order has shipped so that you can follow its progress until delivery.
7. Delivery Attempts
Our courier will typically attempt delivery during standard working hours. If you are unavailable, the courier may leave a notice or attempt redelivery in accordance with their procedures. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the provided address.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, or if it does not arrive within a reasonable time beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at faisal@amoylimited.com as soon as possible. Where an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

10. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
